Celebrating Missouri
Members and guests enjoyed a reception for
the exhibit, "Painting Missouri," which opened May 9, 2009 at the Montminy Art Gallery in the Walters Boone County Museum. About
100 people turned out to see the work by Impressionist artist Billyo O'Donnell ~ 115 oil paintings depicting each county in Missouri ~ and to pick up a copy of the book "Painting
Missouri" by writer Karen Glines and featuring the work of Billyo. Book signings are scheduled throughout the duration
